University & business-school applications
We match your degree, grades, budget and career plan with English-taught programmes at French public universities and recognised business schools, then prepare each application with you.
The final admission decision is made by each university or school.
What we help you with
Public universities for lower fees, business schools for flexible intakes, compared against your profile.
IELTS scores, 16-year degree rules, GMAT/GRE where needed, and programme-specific criteria.
Business-school and grande-école applications, acceptance letters and deposit guidance.
September and January intakes planned around the Campus France calendar.
Etudes en France & Campus France interview
Every Pakistani student going to France must complete the Etudes en France procedure with Campus France Pakistan. We set up and check your file, and prepare you for the academic interview.
Campus France reviews your file; it has no influence on the visa decision.
What we help you with
Create your file, select programmes from the catalogue or upload your acceptance letter.
Clear, specific motivation text written in the platform field for every choice.
Pay only after the payment request, with the correct reference, and declare it on time.
Two practice sessions before your interview at Alliance Française Islamabad, Lahore or Karachi.
Scholarships & fee exemptions
From 2026/27, non-EU students pay €2,902 (bachelor’s) or €3,950 (master’s) a year at public universities, unless the university exempts them. We help you apply for exemptions and the scholarships your profile can win.
Exemptions and awards are decided by each university, school or scholarship body.
What we help you with
A written request to the university for a full or partial exemption from differentiated fees.
Help preparing your nomination through the French institution for the Eiffel scholarship.
Business-school scholarships, often €2,000–€5,000 off tuition for strong profiles.
CROUS residences and CAF housing aid, planned before you arrive.
French student visa (VLS-TS)
We prepare your long-stay student visa file for the French Consulate in Islamabad, booked through AEG, and practise the visa interview with you.
Visa requirements can change, and the visa decision belongs to the consulate.
What we help you with
Complete the online form and book the earliest available slot.
At least €877.50 a month (€10,530 for 12 months): personal statements or a sponsor affidavit.
Etudes en France certificate, transcripts, NADRA FRC, OFII form and accommodation proof.
Questions on your programme, city, costs, sponsor and plans after graduating.
Document preparation
We help you prepare a clear, consistent file: CV, motivation, attestation and the letters Campus France asks for.
We guide and review; the content of your documents and their accuracy remain your responsibility.
What we help you with
Structured academic CV and programme-specific motivation for every choice.
Plan attestation of HSSC certificates and university degrees before you apply.
A gap explanation for breaks over 6 months, and experience letters for every job listed.
Names, dates and grades must match your originals at the Campus France interview.
Before & after arrival
We help you plan the practical side of moving to France so your first weeks are calmer and nothing important is missed.
Housing and local procedures are handled by landlords and French offices; we help you prepare for them.
What we help you with
